Planning Commission brief for November 16, 2021:
- The Planning Commission APPROVED the minutes for October 26, 2021.
- The Planning Commission APPROVED their regular annual meeting schedule for 2022.
- The Commission recommended DENIAL of the final plat for the Maddox Subdivision. Resident concerns were regarding where the road would connect to 11200 N in the proposed plat. The Commission concluded that there is a potential solution and that the applicants needed to be in agreement with the adjacent property owners to move forward. Voted 4:0.
- The Commission recommended APPROVAL of an amendment to the General Plan regarding external road connections. No resident comments. Voted 4:0.
