Fees
The Highland City Library does not charge over-due fees. Patrons are charged for lost or damaged items.
Library cards are free for Highland residents. Patrons of the Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove and Eagle Mountain libraries can register their cards to be used at the Highland Library for free and Highland card holders can use their cards at these libraries as well. All others must pay a $90 non-resident fee to use the Library. Alpine and Cedar Hills reimburse part of that cost to their residents.
E-books and E-Audiobooks
You can use your Highland Library Card and pin to check out free ebooks and e-audiobooks through Libby, (the Beehive Library Consortium). Check out our e-book page for more information.
