Highland City Council partnered with local Boy Scout Carson Seegmilller on his Eagle Scout Project to bring a Bike Course to Highland City. The Highland Glen Bike Park is a BM mountain bike-park situated in the north end of Highland Glen Park. The park is designed with multiple courses for all skill levels so that a variety of individuals can use and enjoy this amenity. Funding for the course came from the Seegmiller family and donors, Governor's Office of Economic Development through the Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant, and Highland City.
