Inspections are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm by submitting a request through the portal or by scheduling through our online portal (My City Inspector)
Standard Building Inspections
The standard inspections are:
- Footings
- Foundations
- Temporary Power
- Underground Plumbing
- Sewer Connection
- Four-way (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and framing)
- Shear
- Gas Pipe Test
- Permanent Power
- Insulation
- Sheetrock
- Stucco Lathe
- Weather Barrier
- Fire Sprinkler
- Sheetrock
- Shower Pan
- Final inspection
