In order to comply with the Utah Legislature’s mandate, Highland City has begun the process of installing meters for pressurized irrigation water. Federal and State grants are covering a majority of the cost of the installation. Water rates will not change until all the meters have been installed. The installation will begin in the northwest area of Highland and the Viewpoint subdivisions Summer 2023. The project is expected to continue through 2025. More information is available at
