*update* In a city council meeting held on September 19th the Council decided to postpone this item until January after the 2023 Municipal Election.  A resident feedback survey will be sent through the mail to your home sometime around September 27th through the first week of October. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey being sent to give your input (there will be instructions included for how to take the survey online). Surveys are due on or before October 18th. The Council values your perspective and will take survey results into consideration before making their decision.
