The Highland City General Municipal Election will be conducted on Tuesday, November 5. Candidates are: Doug Cortney, Timothy A. Ball, Brittney P. Bills, Kim Rodela, Kenneth S. Knapton III, and Wayne Knoll Tanaka.
The election is being conducted all Vote by Mail. Ballots were sent in the mail on Tuesday, October 15. Ballots can be returned via:
- Mailed with a postmark by Monday, November 4
- Dropped off in an Official Ballot Drop Box such as the one located north of City Hall by Tuesday, November 5 at 8:00 PM.
- Brought in to a Service Center such as the one at City Hall on Election Day, Tuesday November 5 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
