Council Brief for February 20:
- Consent agenda passed.
- The Open Space Maintenance Agreement passed. The petitioners will now work with staff to finalize plans before beginning maintenance.
- The purchase of 3 pickups and 1 dump truck was approved. Staff will now purchase the vehicles.
- The Amendments to the Animal Regulations and Parking Code Violations were approved. These reduced penalties will take effect March 15.
- Council discussed the Legislative Session, Committee Reporting, the Financial Sustainability Plan, and the 2018 Fling.
